I received my elementary and master's degrees from Miami University. My early childhood endorsement is from EMU. I've taught in Texas, Indiana, and Michigan. I've been with BAS for over 20 years teaching kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grades.
My husband, Steve, works for Ford. We have 3 children whom all attended and graduated from Brighton Area Schools. Jake received a Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Michigan. He is recently finished his MBA at Michigan and works in San Francisco at GE. Nik graduated from MSU with a Telecommunications degree. He works as a news producer for a CBS station in Sacramento CA. Our daughter, Samantha graduated from Hillsdale College where she played volleyball. She currently is an account manager at Cintas. In our spare time we enjoy walking our 2 dogs, boating, and spending time with family.
